Do You Have These Common Anxiety Symptoms

Cautionary announcements about medical and health conditions like  cardiac arrest or seizures appear to be showing up all over worldwide television lately.  TV and radio commercials instruct us what to do if we feel dizziness, fainting, tingling sensations, and the like.  But, hardly ever will you witness an advertisement describing common anxiety symptoms, which is quite lame considering thousands of people get them and are very confused by these symptoms.

Feeling anxiety symptoms is extremely common in our society today, where we get faced with high pressure circumstances on a intermittent basis.  Whether it is the angst that we’re astray in an uncharted country or we’re going to be late for a job interview or if the phone rings loudly, we all face angst at some point in our day.  Many us however may experience anxiety symptoms for apparently no cause at all, and could confuse these with the symptoms of experiencing a stroke or some other medical condition.  People who suffer from anxiety attacks sometimes confuse these symptoms.

Anxiety disorder symptoms are definitely unique for everyone, and frequently it’s apparent that we’re simply having anxiety – immediately before speaking in public, when we’re about to marry, when you open your front door and see a weird looking stranger standing there; these circumstances might easily make any of us stressed and nervous!  But for most of us, anxiety symptoms might also include shortness of breath, heart palpitations, nausea, chest pains, constricted breathing, tingling or numbness in the fingers, face, or toes.  Stomach aches, and headaches are not unheard of either.  You can see how these conditions could actually be misdiagnosed as a cardiac arrest or asthma or any variety of other conditions.

If you feel these anxiety symptoms on a regular basis, and particularly if they happen to occur for no reason, you should probably consult with your doctor.  At the outset, you might want to rule out the possibility of it being a heart attack or something that dangerous.  Secondly, he or she can prescribe drugs or therapies that can help you deal with the anxiety symptoms while at the same time working with you to understand why you are tense and anxious to begin with.  You may have some chemical imbalances in the brain or might need to practice a few new positive techniques on how to mentally process a situation so that you will be able to minimize the start of a panic attack before it gets too serious.

I managed to beat my anxiety disorder after years of trial and error and pulling my family through the nightmare with me.  The program I used was entirely natural, drug-free and did not require expensive therapy – I’m overjoyed to report that I’ve been free of anxiety for a few years now, I only wish I had found it years earlier.

You can learn more about the program that saved my life at my how to cure anxiety blog.
